The ultimate gamepass includes both PC and console games whereas the regular gamepass includes only pc or only console.

I paid for red dead story mode when it was on gamepass and recently gamepass removed it and it wants me to paid for story mode or pay for the game and remember it’s like 50+$

download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.

If you got it from GamePass and never paid for it, you will lose access if you end your subscription or the title leaves GamePass

Exactly, downloaded red dead from gamepass and purchased story mode and waited a whole day and a half for it to download, now it's telling me that the profile signed in doesn't own this title. I paid money for this and shouldn't have to pay again.
