    Gamepass no longer downloading games or performing updates


    My Gamepass is no longer downloading games or performing game updates. This started happening today after updating XBOX app for PC. I have tried repairing, then reinstalling but nothing doing. I really need this fixing otherwise there is little point in continuing with subscription. I'm also concerned about MSFS when the next update comes/ Although I own the premium deluxe version of the product outright, it was purchased through the gamepass app so if updates are broke, I will no longer be able to play it. Given how much money I have invested in hardware, software and addons around MSFS, this really needs to be corrected.

    I can see no visible way of actually speaking with customer support so if anyone could direct me to that, it would be very much appreciated. Any help with my current issue would also be very welcome.

    **EDIT I have managed to get it to install a game. The problem seems to be with Mount & Blade: Bannerlord.

    ***UPDATE: The problem seems to be with microsoft servers. Bannerlord is downloading but at 2mb - 14mb (dropping to 0 frequently). I'm on a 1 gig FTTP connection and have tested with other platforms (steam, epic and ubi etc) and they are all downloading at full speed. Is anyone aware of problems with the XBOX servers?

    Can you download it from gamepass? Beacouse EA play merged into gamepass there is a chance that the app is no longer valid. Best of luck Happy gaming!!!!!

    so if you downloaded it on gamepass some games leave the library every month so lego was one of them and making it no playable since its no longer on the gamepass

    When downloading a disc you should disconnect from the internet. The console will download the game updates at the same time its performing the disc installation causing for longer times. Second taking almost 2 hours to download a 10 GB file like Fifa is
    not a long time at all.
