    First of all i dont know if this is the right subreddit for this but just like the title suggests i have the ultimate gamepass subscription on PC. But on mobile when i sign in it says i dont own it and i have to buy the ultimate gamepass.

    Wtf ?!

    Hello there, first open up your gamepass app and see if you dont already have gamepass ultimate or unless your regular gamepass is expired. If it doesn't let you upgrade from console, try the browser website or buy a gamepass ultimate giftcard and redeem it. It will automatically upgrade it to ultimate. Hope this helps!

    Only warzone 2.0 is but you dont need gamepass or gamepass ultimate for that.

    Yes! The gamepass app recognizes my gamepass ultimate subscription. It's a gamepass app bug.

    Yes got my own Ultimate Gamepass, all other Gamepass games work fine it seem to be just this game that wont install or run.

    Even went as far as to buy the game on the App and still wouldn't install.

    I'm having the same issue on my gamepass mobile app, I've completed challenges both on mobile and xbox and the last few days it hasn't awarded me the 50 points daily, very disappointing as I can't afford to purchase gamepass ultimate as I'm can't work due to waiting for a lung transplant and completed daily challenges to obtain the points
