Good day. In early March, I purchased the game Metro Exodus. I also regularly purchase xbox game pass. Now you (microsoft) have added this game to game pass, just over three months after its release. If I knew that
you would add it so early in the game pass, you wouldn’t buy it at full price, but waited 3 months. I think that for the such well known game it is too early to add it to the subscription. As a user, I am extremely offended by such actions on your part and
feel robbed. Because of this, I want to receive compensation in the amount of 50% of the game cost.

p.s. Early I had complied about this case to your official xbox.ru community
in facebook, Russia, they just ignored me.

This is the risk of the game pass I think, tell me now how many games you have left to spend because of the game pass, think that if one day to stop signing the gamepass service will have the game without the service. I understand that it is frustrating,
but it is the risk.

I bought Metro Exodus 2 days before it came out on Gamepass.

I hadn't played it yet and luckily I was able to get a refund 3 days later and now I still have access to the game.

I've had the same exact thing happen lol. I bought Metro Exodus at release for full price, only started it up and got 1 achievement in it. Since then, I haven't gone back to it yet, as I've been distracted by Sea of Thieves etc. Now, it's in Game Pass.
I won't try for a refund even though I probably only have about 1 hour of playtime in it, because due to the amount of time since I bought it, I don't think that it can be refunded. But, it does make you wiser for the future and I've been less and less likely
to buy games new on the first day of release. And I almost never pre-order anymore. To me, putting it in GP so quickly is just encouragement to stop buying new AAA games, sadly.

well if it is written in the clauses im sure you can ask for a refund but thats the first time someone complains about a great game added to the pass

I think three months is a long enough time that it's hard to complain about it and still get a refund, unfortunately. I think it you had bought it a week or so before they announced it was coming to Game Pass then you might have had a better shot at getting
your purchase refunded. I know it can be incredibly frustrating because it feels like you've wasted some money.
