GamePass Issue

So I'm not sure where to go with this so im hoping I can get some help from here. I bought the MLB the show 22 early access pass to play with my kid before he went on spring break. Game was crashing constantly and not working so long story short didn't get to play with kid and got the refund on the early access from Microsoft. Now that the game is out on Gamepass I have downloaded it again and every single time I try to play I get the same message and error "Something went wrong, Give it another try. If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x87e50033", I have gone to that website and followed the instructions and nothing has worked. I have downloaded the game and deleted it three times. The only time it ever works is when im downloading it and I start the game when it hits the ready to play part of the download. I am hesitant to do anything else because ive already spent about 25% of my data cap so I called the xbox support line. The lady put me on hold and when she got back to me told me that the game isnt out yet???? I have multiple friends playing the game as it has been out for a week. The lady put me back on hold and finally after waiting for 30 minutes I hung up and I am here now lol. I have no clue what to do and have wasted so much time on this stupid game that I feel like I have to see this all the way through now. Im guessing the issue is me getting a refund on the early access and am triggering something that says my account can't play the game??Any help is appreciated!!!

Console is an Xbox Series X, no issues with my account or membership. All other games work
