    Gamepass isn't working


    I have put in a code i got for the gamepass and is says the gamepass is active but I can't play any gamepass games or any games that require the gamepass to work I would appreciate any tips to help fix this

    Gamepass isn't working

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Depending on your device.

    First, make sure that it's added under the correct account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, and once confirmed proceed with troubleshooting steps on your device.

    PC

    Sign out both on Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store App then restart your PC before signing back in.

    XBOX

    Remove and re-add your account.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    The Nitro perk can be used only if you never subscribed to Discord Nitro (new members).

    If you're receiving that message probably that's the reason.

    If you never subscribed to Nitro you can ask Discord support to give you a different redeemable code.

    Please, try power cycling the console.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
