Gamepass glitch, not working properly

Hello, my friend has a current issue with his game pass where whenever he wants to download Red Dead Redemption 2, under the place where it is supposed to say "Install with game pass," it instead says "Get GamePass included with Gamepass." This is weird because he already HAS the game pass, and it even lets him download other games under the game pass, just not Red Dead. So whenever he clicks on the button where it says "Get GamePass included with Gamepass," it just takes him to the xbox game pass ultimate screen and it says "Manage subscription." We are quite confused and he really wants to play the game, so please get back to us as soon as possible. His name is BarrelMovie8172.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Cool, just for confirmation, I asked.

What I do know is that, as parallels and bootcamp are just emulations of the Microsoft system, services that work natively on windows, such as gamepass and all services that include it, do not work properly on them, they work with some bugs and glitches that are really expected because they are working in a Windows emulation.

But can you explain what actually happens when you try to install?

Obviously, and my computer is working properly, the gamepass isn't.

If the gamepass was working properly i wouldn't have a problem with uninstalling things and neither 1959 people in the forum i just posted

So please abstain of making any unhelpful comments. Im waiting on this forum for other opinion, clearly at this poin not yours if you want me to be clear.
