Gamepass games not showing in the app

You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

I downloaded the game via the Xbox app on this laptop. Once the download is complete, I am able to launch the game but as soon as I restart my computer, the game is no more in my library while the files are still on my laptop but when I go on the Xbox app, Ihave to download again and none of my games shows up

Just to confirm, did you not transferred the files from another PC or similar. Correct?

If that's the case, what happens when you try to "install" the games again?

The library of games for GamePass are different for Xbox and PC. If your subscription isnt' showing up in the Xbox beta app, try reinstalling it then signing in with the same account the Ultimate GamePass is on.

I do not have manage. I have the game downloaded through gamepass on xbox app so microsoft store shows it but doesn't have managed button
