Gamepass Games Crashing after Start.

Hi all,

From what I have read tonight there seems to be a problem with Gamepass games that has appeared over the last couple days, different fault codes are coming up when people are trying to start games or even download games. It's also seems to be an international thing not just the USA, Europe or the Northern Hemisphere, I live in Australia and trust me it's happening here as well. We aren't happy about it obviously, I canceled my console gamepass ultimate to transfer it to my pc and now this is happening, NOT HAPPY.

If anyone knows a way to contact Microsoft maybe that would be the best idea. I've looked everywhere but can't find a "contact us" link on any of the pages relating top Xbox gamepass. Better yet if anyone knows someone that works for Microsoft maybe they can inform their friend and they can pass it along to the developers of the gamepass for pc.

Hey Francia J. can u please tell me what to do if Grounded keeps crashing on PC xbox with having gamepass ultimate? everytime i start it, its start like other games but then "the game is crashed" errorcode: 0x0

Yes i try this before a full reset and dosent work

i almost do anything but still all purchased games and GamePass games crash (except 3 EA games that i have (TitanFall2, unravel1, unravel 2). I even once do a full reset, connect a NEW account and download a NEW Free game (without my hdd, gamepass acount and other old account). But it crash again.

I have only 2 possibilities in my mind

1. So, if hardware problem is unlikely, is it possible that its a issue from microsoft and will fix with next update? Or in that case many users shoud face it not like now that only me and 5 6 user have it (i search in past month here and reddit) 😔 also im still wondering that if its a microsoft issue, so why it happend suddenly days after last update? Shouldnt it start right after last update? Everything was good untill last night

2. I was playing a new game that had bug (crashing on a specific level). They release an uodate 2 day ago. the first time i play game after their update, after 20 minutes it crash and kick me out and all this problems start from then. So, do you think that game can cause all of this? Is it possible that a game cause A Software or even hardware problem?

Thanks for your reply. I did it. Even with fully restore. I didn't have any save files anyway. I couldn't play games on the device even

Just bought yesterday. After the full reset, installed Grounded from Gamepass for quick try. Same, and same. Game starts. Selecting player and pressing start game. Console freezes instantly and after 10 seconds returning to dashboard... GPU issue Georges. When the game triggers GPU for loading a game, console crashes. It's a clearly hardware error...
