    Hi. Is there a region lock on Game Pass?

    I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate in Singapore and was able to download Fallout 4 on my PC. When I tried to buy the game, it wouldn't let me. I then found out that my PC's region was set to United States and language to English (SGP). It also wouldn't let me download updates as well.

    So I then changed my region to Singapore. All. Y downloads started working BUT, I lost Fallout 4. It is installed, but Game Pass won't let me play it. It also seems that while I can sometimes see Skyrim as well, it doesn't give me the option to install it.

    What gives?

    Sniper Elite 3 is not available in Singapore on the Xbox Store, which is what's causing the error when redeeming those codes. Since this content is not available in Singapore, unfortunately we're unable to assist further.
