    my gamepass app for pc I have keeps saying I need to update info as sub run out but when I go to Microsoft store it clearly shows i have an active sub but because app doesnt recognize i do and i cant play anything what gives?

    And neither does support so Ithey gave up and i'm left paying for something I cant use and no one wants to help fix

    If I'm honest, the first time I heard about this problem, I did thousands of searches with the intention of getting an answer and thus being able to help you, but nothing appears to me regarding the problem you are presenting.
