GamePass family sharing function is causing a game to die

Hello dear r/xboxinsiders community!

My friends and I have done everything possible to help this game, but the curse of the hackers is incurable for our position. Now we have to rely on higher powers and that is the reason why I created this post.

The video game Chivalry 2 can be downloaded from three places: EpicStore, Steam and GamePass. All but the GamePass version have an integrated anti-cheat system and it is precisely this vulnerability that allows hackers to cheat in the game. Several months have passed and they (the hackers, who are now a fairly large, active gang) are still in the EU servers and are still running riot. Because of them, the competitive scene in EU is dead. No events can take place that are not attacked by hackers.

It took us a long time to find out why there are so many hackers and it's because of the family share function of the GamePass which they exploit (there are one or more family heads who share their subscription with the others).

Reporting players doesn't help much from my point of view, because somehow nothing is done about them (I've already reported x players, but still haven't received any news that anything has been done about them). I have video evidence for every single reported player, but I can't use it anywhere to speed up the ban process. The game developers have also given up on banning players because they can always create new accounts through the family share function. Some hackers in the game are even able to completely hide their GamerTag so that they cannot be reported.

The GamePass policies state that if someone is caught cheating/hacking in a game, their subscription will be cancelled and in multiple cases the device will be completely removed from Xbox Online Services.

Therefore I ask for your help. Is it possible to fix this problem using the family sharing feature on the PC to save a game from dying?
