Gamepass charged but games no longer working for 2 days

I had tried power cycling several times to no avail. I also tried other gamepass games and got the same message so it's not an issue with the specific game but if it persists I will try the reinstall. Thanks.

removing and redownloading the gamertag you're getting charged through.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that positively affected the situation.

So I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and issue persists. I also saw a few support posts of the same issue suggesting the factory reset which I just did and when my console restarted same issue. I saw someone suggest contact support but when I try to
use the chat or call feature it is not working. Please help.
