    Hi,

    so yesterday i could play everything in the gamepass and now today i cant start anything. i searched hours for an answer but nothing changed.

    the only thing reacting is "Hearts of Iron 4" the Paradox launcher starts but when i hit play the same thing happens with all games.

    When i hit play through the Xbox app simply nothing happens.

    sorry for the late reply but i am on the latest OS (still need to do some updates) and the installation is still broken

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and validate your subscription. You should see the status as “active”.

    Once confirmed, reset the Xbox App then try to install an Xbox Game Pass game from there again.

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for “Xbox” > Advanced Options > Reset.

    I dont have the xbox (beta) app anymore, but i have reset the microsoft store and xbox as well and it still doesnt work. Please help. Thanks

    (edit-currently installing xbox beta)

    (edit 2- xbox beta is stuck on like 10 percent and isn't going forward) :(
