Gamepass app on pc not working

Hi all, looking for a bit of assistance.

I've been trying to install or play games from my gamepass app. However, it appears to show that I have no games installed. and will not let me install anything else. I've also tried to change the install path but that appears to be blank. Please see the pictures below.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, reset the microsoft store and I've also carried out a system restore, completed virus checks and it still not working.

I can open games using desktop icons so the games are on my computer but the gamepass app just doesn't seem to be playing ball

Does anyone have any ideas at all?

No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.

Yes, all up to date. And weirdly enough.. i've installed the PC Gamepass App on my Windows Laptop... AND the controller does not work on their either. Strange! This controller works fine if i use the XBox Gamepass app via android devices.

Did you get any help? Having the same issue. No available path to download/save games. I started another thread and I got a helpful reply but unfortunately his suggestions didn't work. I've spent upwards of 4 hours scouring the internet for help. Lots of suggestions on youtube for similar (but not the same) problems and nothing works.

It used to work. I made 3 changes to my system and TBH none of them should make a blind bit of difference.

1) I installed the gamepass mobile app

2) I bought an Xbox series X which is now on my network

3) I uninstalled the gamepass games (3) I had on PC as I now play them on Xbox series X

I understand. Since the issue persists, it would be best to contact our live agents for them to do some further investigation regarding this issue with the game pass app as well as check your account from their end.

Just to say the response I got from Microsoft was to reopen the xbox app.

This has obviously not helped and my windows store now no longer works after a microsoft employee did a screen share.

This is completely unhelpful
