Gamepass app not connecting to login

Discus and support Gamepass app not connecting to login in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I know this question has been asked multiple times but I have yet to find a working answer.     Gamepass app not connecting to login


    I know this question has been asked multiple times but I have yet to find a working answer. I have an s6 tablet and I'm trying to login on game pass and/or gamepass cloud and both cannot connect with login.live.com for me to sign in. Here's what I have done so far:

    -set up a new default browser

    -cleared cache/data from the app

    -made sure my tablet is fully updated

    -preformed a hard reset on the tablet

    None of these have worked unfortunately and it's getting a bit frustrating as it's happening on both my tablet and android phone? Thank you for any help

    error code 0xa3ea0066

    You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

    This is an EA error for a login error

    Just login to Microsoft Store app and download any gamepass games and try if you can play it.

    Nevermind I solved it, It was something related to Family Gamepass, Happened to me and all the people sharing.

    The solution is:

    Logout of the xbox app

    Login to the xbox app on the account person managing the gamepass

    launch ark and play any map of the paid DLC

    change back into your account

    I can't set up my Xbox One as default on Xbox Game Pass mobile app

    You could try to remove your profile from the xbox and re-add it, maybe that will refresh something and the gamepass app recognizes your new login on that xbox.
