Gamepass and Microsoft Store

Discus and support Gamepass and Microsoft Store in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Gamepass will not allow me to play a purchased game from Microsoft store, I have uninstall and reinstalled and still the same issue.     Gamepass will not allow me to play a purchased game from Microsoft store, I have uninstall and reinstalled and still the same issue. I need assistance on this please.

    Xbox game pass for pc destiny 2 not available?

    destiny 2 is not available in the microsoft store on pc, it is available on steam/stadia etc, if its not on the microsoft store for pc it aint coming to gamepass pc due to licencing.

    destiny 2 and dlc is only available on the console side of gamepass.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    Do not reset your console without having your email and password.

    If the problem still persists, please reinstall the game.

    Since the item occurs on your purchase history, please attempt the following steps and check if the issue re-occurs.

    Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

    Clear the local saved games :Settings -> System -> Clear local saved games -> restart.

    Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

    Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes!
