gamepass and gold membership

hi, it wont let me turn off auto renew on my memberships, keeps saying theres an error your end, been 3 days now, why so many hoops to jump through trying to do this and how do i resolve issue?

You have to Get Gamepass membership to Play Fallout and Since its Single player game you wont need gold

I am also getting this error code in Iran.

I have paid for the games and the Xbox live gold and gamepass membership with this high price in Iran and i cant even sign in to my account anymore. Great

Are you able to log into account.microsoft.com and view them from the services and subscriptions tab? You should be able to turn them off from there. If you continue to have this issue you should contact billing support.at support.xbox.com/contact-us

omg this is stupid it just blocked me from my xbox account. seems xox is trying to rip me off and make me pay for services i dont want, ps4 it takes 3 clicks on console so why so dodgy on xbox? ill be informing my bank to reject any xbox payments til thi

It will give you Gamepass and gold till 16.03.2020 so you be getting gamepass till then for the $1or whatever the cost is in poland,

The conversion rates are used AFTER you have a ultimate membership. So if you purachsed gold or gamepass when already on ulitamate

You will simply get both gamepass and a gold membership both are included in the ultimate service.

there are three types of subscriptions for gamepass, one is for Xbox console, and the other is for Windows 10 on pc. The third is Xbox gamepass ultimate, that combine both subscriptions also gold membership.

Unfortunately you didn't read my question. Gamepass ultimate give your account gold membership on 360, I'm well aware I cant downloaded games via gamepass but I know for a fact I get gold access.

Are you not able to select Xbox Live Gold from the membership section of the Store and purchase?

If you upgrade Live Gold to Ultimate and cancel, you can choose either to come back.

With Live Gold you do not have access to GamePass / GamePass for PC.
