    Hello,

    a few days ago i started the Gamepass 14 day trial. Now i want to cancel it but i dont know how. I didnt found anything on the support site. The trial doesnt show up in my subscriptions. Please help me.

    so i just resently got the gamepass for my xbox it said 14 day free trial i sighned up yesterday and it has already charged my account so where is the free trial

    Save in Forza Horizon 4

    Even if you only have a 14-day trial membership, save from each game. And if you buy the game or buy a gamepass membership. So in the game you will continue where you ended.

    I lost the option for 1 month free trial gold

    As far as I am aware there is no free trial for gold accounts anymore. There is a Gamepass free trial however. 14 days.

    Trials that is available on the Xbox store is for new members/first time users only. I get the 14 day trial for Gamepass, which i cant use as i already used gamepass before.

    Have you ever used gamepass before? The code in a new console is for customers who have never 14 day trialed or bought gamepass.

    Yes if it came with a console 14 day trials included with consoles only apply to new accounts

    Have you used the 14 day trial offered on the Xbox or purchased gamepass previously? The code in the box is for completely new gamepass customers, who have never subscribed before.
