Discus and support Gamepads Android App "Play" Button greyed out in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For the last few weeks my Gamepass on Android app has not been working.     Gamepads Android App "Play" Button greyed out


    For the last few weeks my Gamepass on Android app has not been working. Whenever I select a game in the cloud section, the "play" button is greyed out. Have no issues accessing and playing through chrome, but would prefer the app. Anyone have similar problem/ found a solution?

    I'm having this same issue. Without any messaging in the app, it's been an incredibly frustrating experience trying to debug or even search for the issue.

    Actually got worse with the last update. Now there is no option to "play" cloud games. Only lets me remote install. The app is now totally useless.

    I called customer support and the best they could do was that the app was in beta and that they would make a ticket. I thought the app was out of beta, and the main reason why I use Gamepass.

    Try clearing your phone's app/cache data and then reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, go to settings>language and localization and check if the localization is correct with your region.

    However, the above steps didn't fix the issue. I cleared the app cache then deleted the app. After reinstaIling the app, I checked my localization, and it is set for the united states, same with my phone. However, all the games under the cloud section still had greyed out play buttons.

    Is there any other steps people have tried to resolve this issue?

    XBOX ONE S gamepad and bluetooth devices other than Win10

    Ok, so, first things first I updated the gamepad via the XBOX accessories app on Windows 10. This got me to the point of being able to use it with my Android TV (for all that matters it's a Sony W805c). However I played with it a bit with the Moonlight app
    to stream a couple of games (Borderlands and Arkham Origins) and the inputs are messed up. I suppose the bugs are caused by the lack of proper drivers.

    Secondly, I don't do something special in order to pair it with Steam Link. I go to the Bluetooth option in Steam Link, I press the sync button on XBOX ONE S gamepad, the Steam Link sees it as "XBOX wireless controller" and they pair. However, even after
    the gamepad's update nothing works. Interestingly, I tried to connect the gamepad with the micro-USB cable to Steam Link and it does not work even on that instance. The home button is blinking and the buttons do not work.
