    The essence of the problem: I have already exchanged 5 gamepads under warranty due to non-working connectors for a 3.5 mm headset. The classic black gamepad that came with the Xbox One works fine with a 3.5 mm headset, and the latest models such as the
    Xbox Wireless Controller Armed Forces ll Special Series stop seeing the headset in less than a month. I even bought a spare new original headset, but the result is the same. Tomorrow I'm going to exchange again under warranty and I am thinking of taking the
    most usual standard black gamepad as it is the only one still working with a 3.5 mm headset jack. Why the connectors for a 3.5 mm headset fail I don’t know.

    Hi, you can not because the gamepad x360 has a little different function than the gamepad for xbox one. And also because the x360 gamepad can not be set, compared to xbox one gamepad.

    Charger kit on ELITE gamepad

    Why did not Microsoft still design a Charger Kit on the Elite gamepad? Since the Charger Kit, which goes into the standard gamepad, the ELITE gamepad does not work.

    Check settings. Volume turned up on xBox and headset? Is headset being assigned to your account?

    Try connecting headset to controller first, and then powering on the controller. Ensure the controller is assigned to your profile

    I did it all. Did not help. Another gamepad works fine with the headset. Thanks and on this one.

    Yes. I tried all possible options.
    I have 2 Xbox One. 3 standard gamepad. 2 headsets.
    The fourth gamepad was buying the latest versions of 2018 and I’ll change it already 6 times since the 3.5 mm jack stops working. I will take the standard black gamepad of a younger year of release

    Are you experiencing an issue pertaining to the Xbox One Chat Pad?

    Elite Controllers

    I have two ELITE gamepads. I like this gamepad. She just does nothing. This gamepad will last a maximum of six months. Then the rubber grips peel off. And on both drivers it happened 3 times. I can't claim them anymore so I have ELITE gamepad just half.

    I like playing with this gamepad.

    Xbox 1 xharge kit batteries

    If you have an ELITE gamepad so a charger kit is not compatible with it because it has otherwise made those teeth that hold the charcher kit in the gamepad.

    If it's a standard gamepad, there's a bug on the charger kit.

    one option is a wireless USB to PC adapter.

    The second option I use. I have an Xbox ONE ELITE gamepad. I have a USB cable connected to the gamepad, I connect it to my laptop and the system will find the gamepad and without any problem my gamepad works.
