gamepad WL3-00020

Good afternoon! On December 2, 2017, I purchased the Xbox One gamepad "WL3-00020". When connected to a computer running Windows 7 (with a micro USB cable), it turned out that the left stick "centered" is shifted to the right, and the right stick is shifted
up. Is this "state" normal for this device or is it a defect?

Connect Xbox controller to Windows 10 via Bluetooth

Hi, I want to connect my Xbox controller to a PC wirelessly using only Bluetooth without any special adapter.

There are several models for the controller... which will support this functionality?

4N6-00002 (black color)

6CL-00002 (black color)

WL3-00028 (red color)

WL3-00090 (combat tech color)

Issuing about force feedback in gamepad

I have some question about my gamepad, I feel the force feedback of gamepad become weak after I updated xbox 360's system? How can I change level of force feedback in gamepad. I already try change battery,and gamepad.

The controller sounds like its "off" or drifting. There is an Xbox Accessories app for Windows 10 but no way to make any changes to the controller.

Do you have access to an Xbox One and sync the controller to it? If so, try the steps below.

1) Settings > Kinect and Devices > Devices and Accessories > More Options

2) Select Firmware version, (even if it states no update available) and then choose Update Now.

- When its done it should state no updates needed

- Choose Close

3) Choose More Options > Select Assigned to and re-assign your profile to your controller

4) Buzz the controller. It should buzz. If it doesn't, either the feature is turned off or the batteries are low. Use new batteries and test again.

5) Go back to Configure and choose Restore Original. This resets the controller back to defaults

If you can't access an Xbox One you might want to contact Xbox Support and see what options they have for you.

Hi, you can not because the gamepad x360 has a little different function than the gamepad for xbox one. And also because the x360 gamepad can not be set, compared to xbox one gamepad.

I have two ELITE gamepads. I like this gamepad. She just does nothing. This gamepad will last a maximum of six months. Then the rubber grips peel off. And on both drivers it happened 3 times. I can't claim them anymore so I have ELITE gamepad just half.

I like playing with this gamepad.

How i can fix that my gamepad shown as 2 gamepads?

If you have an ELITE gamepad so a charger kit is not compatible with it because it has otherwise made those teeth that hold the charcher kit in the gamepad.

If it's a standard gamepad, there's a bug on the charger kit.
