Gameloft Asphalt extreme will not load

Following the last cumulative update Gameloft Asphalt extreme will not load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and reset and nothing works. the opening black gameloft screen appears for a couple of seconds and then disappears and closes the app. Gameloft
was unable to help, and Microsoft gave me this link to try and find an answer.
