    Gamehub not syncing to game


    Hey All,

    So I currently have an issue where my gamehub won't update/sync to the games I am playing. This results into not being able to get achievements, which is quite frustrating.

    If I play a backwards compatible game from xbox360 then I can get achievements without an issue, so I am certain it is Gamehub. The stats that gamehub shows also differ from my game statistics, so something is going wrong there.

    I contacted support thee times, did everything I could that included removing account, power cycling the xbox resetting it, but with no positive results.

    Therefore I turn here to find a solution. Did anyone else have this issue before? Is it a bug caused by an update?

    Please let me know how to fix it.. I want to enjoy my xbox one games and their achievements properly..

    Captures not refreshing under gamehubs

    So about 2 months ago I noticed that captures or gameclips no longer update through the gamehub. For instance, if I record a clip on rocket league it shows up in my captures but does not show up in the gamehub under the captures tab. I know I may no necessarily
    see my own clip but clips in general in the community gamehub are not updating. You will see the same clips every day of the week, some from over a year ago. My brother is having this same problem and so is every single person I have asked so far. Ive done
    a factory reset as well and that has done nothing to fix it.

    Todays update made my Xbox One S unresponsive

    I have sort of the same problem. I can't get away from the gamehub.... Can't get to my account or games or nothin'

    Have you tried the gamehub of the game if it's unlocked there

    Thanks for the answer guys. Yeah, I knew about the second phone and the resetting as a (only) way to unlock previously earned and not synced chievos on cloud based games. And won't do that, obviously.

    I asked in the hope that using Gamehub would solve anything in that matter. Besides, the game where I have un-synced chievos is also Tentacles EM. So.... I'll just keep waiting, but it's sad that we can't hope any help from support.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to power cycle your xbox and try to go to the gamehub of the game then go to the achievement section sometimes then the achievements unlock
