    Hello,

    I know there are two modes for saving game clips to GameDVR.

    The 1st method is to "snap" the GameDVR to the game which you wish to record. However, in doing so the
    game window

    becomes smaller. I don't have a large TV so wish to keep the game window full sized.

    The 2nd method does not shrink the game window. By double clicking the Xbox logo button you can just press the 'X' button to save approx the last 30 seconds of gameplay.

    I wish to record more than 30 seconds of gameplay but don't want the game window smaller. Is there a way to do this ? (note: I don't have kinect)

    If not, could I give a suggestion for implementation....

    By double clicking the Xbox logo button could you add a 'B' button option.

    The first time you bring it up 'B' button option is 'Start Clip'.

    The second time you bring it up 'B' button option is 'End Clip'

    Snap game dvr,start recording,unsnap game dvr.That way you can record up to 5 minutes & still have the game in full screen.

    It will automatically stop after 5 minutes or you can snap it again & stop it yourself before 5 minutes is up.

    I tried your suggestion but sadly it didn't work :-(

    However, I did find another way .....

    If you play the game as normal (in full screen). When you wish to save the last 5 mins of gameplay, double click the Xbox logo button and "snap" the GameDVR. Then choose "End Clip now".

    (thats right, it is not a typo, you are ending clip without first choosing to "Start Clip")

    this will then give you options to save the past several seconds of gameplay from 30 secs up to 5 mins

    Ok,didn't know that as I use the Kinect to snap the game dvr.Must be a bit different without Kinect.

    It does save over 5 minutes when I do it as well though.
