    GameDVR? Windows function update version 1709


    Since I downloaded the latest Windows feature update, I can barely play a game in full screen mode!

    My suspicions?

    The GameDVR option can not be completely disabled since the last Windows Update.

    especially affected are games like CounterStrike: Global Offensive, Warface, Battlefield.

    The problem occurs as follows: The mouse feels spongy and drags on.

    Minnirucklers emerge, minor movements are not syncronized and large

    movements become unimaginable through input laags!

    I had this problem for a long time but before this update you could

    turn off the option to 100% what the problem solved me, as well as other

    players has solved.

    My setup:

    i7 6700k

    gtx 970

    Asus Z170 plus

    I have reinstalled windows and reinstalled all drivers, it is allso up to date "unfortunately".

    I hope you can help me because since this update (Windows funktionupdate version 1709) are semi-games have become unplayable ...

    I hope for an opinion and early processing of my problem.

    Xbox 360 SmartGlass not working

    Same issue as the rest of you. I am trying to connect using Windows 10 laptop (version 1709 and connected ehternet) and Windows 10 Surface (versión 1709 and connected wifi). My Xbox 360 is connected to the internet via Ethernet. The 360 Smartglass
    app will bring up my profile but will not connect to my Xbox 360 (console settings allows for Smartglass connectivity)

    "Zen Master" Achievement Update

    (As of Monday, April 09, 2018.)

    The problem has not yet been fixed.

    Microsoft Mahjong Version 3.7.12191.0

    Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.309

    (As of Saturday, January 20th.)

    Despite having completed all 6 expert
    puzzles using the Tranquility theme, the counter for the Mahjong “Zen Master” achievement seems to be stuck at "1/4" no matter how many times I complete different expert puzzles I complete. Until Friday, January 19th, it was stuck at "0/4." I'm using the most
    current version of Microsoft Mahjong (Version 3.6.9061.0) and Microsoft Windows 10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192).

    This process is more advanced and is not recommended for novice users.

    2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore
    3. Set the value of DWORD "GameDVR_Enabled" to 0
    4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\
    5. Create key "GameDVR".
    6. Create DWORD 32bit called "AllowGameDVR" and set to 0
    7. Restart your computer.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Is there a way to enable updates and download security updates and the updates I need for this to work but not the feature updates, or does the version of windows need to be
    ALWAYS the latest version, as such I wouldnt be able to defer the feature updates at the very least any longer. Im on version 1709 at the minute, im not sure how old that is.

    Also make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date (currently Version 1809). You can check that by pressing Windowskey + R and typing "winver" in the window and pressing OK.

    If you have an older version of Windows 10 (especially older than 1709), you need to update your Windows 10, as only the newer Windows 10 versions work with the Xbox controller connected via Bluetooth.
