GameDVR can't handly my screenshots and clips since november 16th

Hello there,

after doing some research and trying some stuff out, I'm now at a point where I think my GameDVR is broken and I don't know how to fix it.

Let me explain my problem:

Until 15th of november (Sunday and after the NXOE Update I did on thurdsay) whenever I did a screenshot or recording it went into my GameDVR app and was accessible through the windows 10 app immediately and I could share, save it on one drive, send it to
a friend etc. but any screenshot i took since yesterday has not a single option available when i press the menu key. If i select those screens and press "save" it says "This screenshot couldn't be saved" (I have to translate it by myself becauseI use the german
language) basically the screenshots are in the app itself, but i can't do anything with them other than "Use as Background" and "Delete".

I tried every basic stuff, long press on/off button to fully restard the console, switched those GameDVR settings off, restarted the console and put them back on, but nothing fixes it. I saw people on the subreddit with exactly the same issue, but no one
could help them, so I will try at this place here. It is so weird, because i didn't change anything. As I said, it worked perfectly fine after NXOE and it startet suddenly yesterday. The only thing I do on Xbox is playing Rise of the Tomb Raider atm.

Unable to record with GameDVR

Ever since the GameDVR feature was first added to Windows 10, I have been unable to record clips with it. I have double and triple checked that my PC meets the requirements, but still no luck. Inside of the Xbox app under Settings -> GameDVR it says I can
record clips, but the Xbox Game Bar complains that I do not meet the requirements.

Again, this issue has occurred since they added the feature. Including the stable release of Windows 10 and th1 update which were not Insider builds. This should not be Insider related.

Any ideas?

Been having this issue as well since the update. None of my screenshots or clips show up on the community feed or my activity feed. Also I cannot save any of them or share them as when I click on the options the only thing it allows me to do is set as background.
I will add that this is only on clips/screenshots I have taken since the update. All my clips before the update still allow me to save and share them. I have done a hard reset in my console and have deleted and reinstalled the upload app but it has not fixed
it. Everything works fine on my sons console so curious as to what is causing this issue...

 

This happens to me occasionally since the NXOE update and I find that doing a hard reset, then unplugging the Xbox for about a minute or two, and then turning it back on and doing an Internet Connection Test seems to fix it but not permanently as it will
start to happen again after a few days.

There will most likely be an update soon the fix this so fingers crossed.

 

Also I'm in the Preview Program and this started happening since the NXOE update full release on the 12th November.

Just stating this just in case it helps the teams narrow down the issue.
