Game4Paul Charity - Where are the codes?

Through the Xbox/ReachoutWorldwide charity event (Game4Paul) posted on Microsoft's pages, I was linked to the charity site. I donated in exchange for a Forza Horizon 4 game code which I've not received. I do have a receipt though. ROWW has a disconnected
phone number on their website, so I cannot contact them and Microsoft just keeps saying they don't know anything. Oddly, the link for the Forza Horizon 4 game code has been removed from the website's rewards section. I know at least one other person had purchased
it as well when I bought mine. How can I get my code?

Thank you. I have done that once already (and now again). I've also emailed the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email address on the receipt, the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email address on the Reachout Worldwide website, filled out the web email form on their site, contacted Microsoft Rewards
(that is where I clicked the link that led me to the promotion) and they sent me to Xbox support who "claim" they knew nothing of the charity partnership - even though I pointed them to the Xbox News page advertising it (here).
I've also tweeted at ROWW, Xbox, Xbox Support, Major Nelson, Forza Motorsport and Official Xbox magazine.

At this point, I guess I have to file a fraud complaint with my credit card and a better business bureau complaint against Reachout Worldwide and Microsoft, though I don't want to do that if I can help it.

I don't think it's odd. I think it wasn't there. Other items that sold out were still in place on the website that was provided on the previous thread on this issue. If you honestly believe you were scammed, call the provider of whatever payment method
you used and dispute the charge. Microsoft isn't involved.

 

Interestingly, I clicked on a link marked Forza Horizon 4 e-code, entered my info and payment, submitted it AND received a receipt via email. I don’t think I dreamed all that. The receipt is still in my email and was provided to Microsoft’s support team.
They just won’t help me even though they partnered on the fundraiser. Thanks though.

 

I’ve tried that. They say they don’t know anything about the fundraiser despite it being on their website.
