Hi Promotion Support Team,

I was trying to get Battlefield 4 during it's promotion of $9.90 and something messed up with my banks servers and I couldn't get the game due to my bank having problems. It was late last night so I had to call today and they said it was a technical error
with my account but it is fixed now but when I came back to try again I see the sale ended. Is there anything that can be done or no, because I can't buy it full price right now or anytime soon and I missed playing it so when I seen the sale I was ready to
get it. I'm just wondering if y'all can help.

Unfortunately once a promotion ends, there is no way to get get that price again unless the content goes on sale again.
