Game Won't Work

Discus and support Game Won't Work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Mass Effect a few months ago and there were no problems, I only played for a few hours then stopped for a couple months, I tried to play again...     Game Won't Work


    I bought Mass Effect a few months ago and there were no problems, I only played for a few hours then stopped for a couple months, I tried to play again the other day and when I got to the main menu, the message popped up that the disc is unreadable, Installing
    it didn't help. Today I returned it to EB Games and got another copy, except this one does the same thing at the same point, surely it can't be the two games, so is my xbox damaged or just cant read Mass Effect, someone please help.

    Me too. Different games, but same error and frustration.

    Game Won't Work

    When I try to start Forza Horizon 3 with the disc in it says I don't have it.

    Hey there, this does sound odd, have you gone through the storage device and checked that all files associated with Mass Effect aren't corrupted? Whether it be a save file or game itself? If you're not familiar take a look here:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-games-data

    Also have you been experiencing this with any other games?
