    I have downloaded MLB the show mutilpe times, tried a hard restart, restart my network but I still keep getting 0x8b050033 error. I also tried launching this game from my Xbox app but still did not work. Any help or information pertaining to this issue would be appreciated

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    As per checking this is a known issue that Microsoft is investigating and also working on to deploy an immediate fix as soon as possible. If the workaround provided by them did not work you may need to wait for a fix to be deployed by them.

    I am having this same issue. I have now purchased two separate disks of MLB the Show after following all recommended fixes multiple times I am still unable to install the updates necessary to use the game. The workaround noted in the link suggests downloading the game from the store. How can I do this without having a redundant purchase from my physical copy?
