Discus and support Game Won't Update Stats in Game Hub and no ACHIEVEMENTS in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have unlocked about 6 or 7 achievements in the game and they are not syncing to my Xbox profile.     I have unlocked about 6 or 7 achievements in the game and they are not syncing to my Xbox profile. Is there some sort of trick to get it to sync?

    What Feature Would You Like To See?

    more dedication to Achievements. the new game hubs are cool, something like that. but dedicated to achievements would be nice. something more than just a snapped list with percentages. an in-depth break down with compare options, categories, stats and other attributes concerning achievements would be awesome.

    Achievements and game stats not being tracked?!

    I have not been able to unlock achievements in over a week and the Xbox One is no longer tracking my game stats. For example, I've put in over 6 hours in Far Cry Primal, yet my Game Hub tells me I have not done anything. As such, no achievements have been
    unlocked. The games themselves work just fine, but no stats are tracked and achievements cannot be unlocked. I have tried everything Support has suggested, like disconnecting and reconnecting to the router, deleting and reloading my profile, power cycling
    ect. No luck. I can no longer play on my Xbox One as nothing is tracked.

    Anyone have any idea what is going on? All help will be much appreciated.

    I know how to check the time of a game played. Go to game hub achievements click on the game go to game club then click on progress which will show achievements then you go over to stats

    Will it be a connection problem? No because if you are not connected to the live do not come out the acchievement

    I have done this numerous times. Even factory reset with removing everything. Re-downloaded all games/profile and it did nothing. Even attempted an offline patch.

    Thank you for the reply. I have attempted this as well. Held the power button for 10 seconds, let it do its thing. I know pubg has issues but halo mcc and the other game? Plus stats not updating on all 3 games makes it seem like its more than what I can
    do on my end.
