Game won't sync

Does the cosole need 2 b on or off? And i remove my account will i lose my history?

Thank you for keeping us updated. If the power cycle and remove and addition of the Microsoft account did not resolve the issue, we recommend clearing local saved games in the console's settings. This will remove all the saved data from your console,
but it will allow your account to retrieve the saved data from the Xbox cloud. As long as you have played that game while your console is connected to Xbox Live, the saved data for that game will be uploaded to the cloud. We will provide steps on how to clear
local saved games. Be sure to let us know the results!

The console needs to be on in order to remove the account and download it back. You do not lose any data on your account by removing it from the console. This is why you are able to add your account to a different console, and retain the progress
that you have made on that account. We hope this information helps!

How to clear local saved games:

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the guide
2. Select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Storage
5. Select Clear local saved games
