Game won’t start, restarts in the middle of the loading screen for batman Arkham knight

my game keeps restarting every time I start it, it will get to the loading screen for Batman arkham knight and stops. I just bought the game on the xbox store and it’s never loaded. It is the digital version and I have done every type of reset that the xbox
support has told me to do. I have no clue what to do

Batman: Arkham Knight

The first thing I'm going to do in "Batman: Arkham Knight" is probably the same thing I did in "Batman: Arkham City".

Wonder why no one suspects 6'7 billionaire steroid abuser is secretly the Batman.

The second thing I'm gonna do in "Batman: Arkham Knight" is ask myself...

"Hey... isn't this the same crap I did in "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City"?

 

This game...

Yeah, this game definitely made it's way into my top 5 most anticipated games list(along with middle earth: shadow of mordor, evolve, witcher 3: wild hunt, and batman arkham knight). The gameplay demo they showed was stunning to say the least.

If you haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling the content, that would most likely be your next step. If that doesn't solve the issue, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly.

Probably there are corrupt data on the profile. If you have already tried a
power cycle, delete the profile from your console and re-download it, then try to launch the game.

 

Hi, you could also try and delete your saved data of the game. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open it again
