Game won't show up after downloaded

Hi,

I purchased Batman Arkham Asylum online using the Xbox website and tried to download it for almost three days. Every time I check the active downloads and assume that it finished downloading, I can't find it in My Games. I go check my downloaded history
and it's there. I click on and it gives me the option of downloading again or play now. I click on play now and it sends me back to My Games. I checked my order history and it's there and I checked that I purchased the game under the same profile and Microsoft
account. I tried to fix this issue but got nowhere with it. How can resolve this issue?

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

what about Xbox 360?

I'm assuming you purchased the game for Xbox, as you cannot get it for the PC on the Microsoft Store. You haven't stated if you purchased the game for the Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

If it is for the Xbox 360, try stopping the download, then go to settings - system - storage, select the storage device the game has downloaded to, and scroll down to the game, and delete it from the hard drive, then go into your download history on the
console, and start the download again.

If for Xbox One, again stop the download, then do a power cycle (press and hold power button down on the console until it turns off), then turn it back on, and try downloading the game again.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As you're using and Xbox 360, you may wish to try out the troubleshooting solutions available in our support article entitled Can’t
play or use previously downloaded content on Xbox 360.

Since you also mentioned that you got a message that the download was corrupted, you may also wish to fully delete what you previously downloaded from your hard drive as well, and then get rid of any kind of other potentially damaging files by clearing the
cache, so that you can download it again fresh.

Sorry to hear it. Perhaps the game isn't downloading properly to your storage device. If you're trying to download to an external hard drive set your internal as the main and then retry the download.

I am actually using the only hard drive that is provided other than the "cloud saved games".
