Discus and support Game won't purchase, no error code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm trying to download Tumblestone in GwG on xboxone.     Game won't purchase, no error code


    I'm trying to download Tumblestone in GwG on xboxone. I've gone through all tj e troubleshooting, even tried to purchase it on a computer, still doesn't work. Each time, it gives me a new purchase ID. I've seen a few of these popping up today on the forums
    for other games. It's not an issue resolved by settings or reboots, so please help and thanks.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Problems Buying Online

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    When I take a look at your
    Xbox.com profile    , I see you've unlocked some Tumblestone achievements. Are you still experiencing issues? Game won't purchase, no error code :)

    Redeem the code using your console the error won't appear if it doesn't resolve contact the seller from where you purchase the code

    I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

    I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.

    Hi ChoppyIowa4! My guess here is that you've got a region error afoot. Subscription and MSP codes are more often than not region locked so if you purchased a code online or your account and physical region don't match up that code won't redeem!

    Could you please detail the device in which you are using? (iPhone, Android, Tablet and its type/model).

    I found error code Piglin here: Error Code Troubleshooting. Which this site recommends restarting the game. Error code Glowstone is an authentication issue as well. While we solve this, you can still see your purchases at account.micrsoft.com/orders. Though it won't have a detailed account of what you purchased (there are generic names like Minecraft Item 1) it will at least let you know the total dollar amount purchased.

    Also let me know if you've tried recently, Error Code Glowstone may be reflective of a server-side issue at the time, since some days have passed, please confirm that the issue is still persisting.
