    Hello, I'm sorry if this isn't the right "support" to ask my question, but I'll try anyway. I tried to open the game "Roblox" on my Laptop (Samsung Galaxy Book Go) and it wouldn't open. there's this error sound as soon as I click on it. I tried contacting roblox but they said they couldn't help me either since they can't find my problem. I tried reinstalling, putting my computer on and off... nothing helped. so it would be nice if you know game won't load? :)

    Power cycling your console and soft reset should do the work. Hope it helps. If not let us know.

    Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.

    Since it looks like it should have been posted in the Windows section and yet its a game, its not that bad here.

    Anyway, if you can grab an error from the game, you might be able to find out what's happening here. No error and you will be trying a lot of things that have nothing to do with it.
