    My game crashed earlier now I can't get past the sign in part unless I'm signed out but can't sign in once on the game so can't get my saved data!! Any ideas??

    I am unable to load Friday the 13th on Xbox one X. It is a digital copy and has worked fine until today. I've tried everything but nothing works. Anyone know what to do? Your advice is appreciated.

    Seems you need to format your external hard drive to solve this issue

    Hello! Have you tried power cycling your xbox one?

    When the xbox is on, press and hold for power button for 10 seconds. Let is sit off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on.

    Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.

    Since it looks like it should have been posted in the Windows section and yet its a game, its not that bad here.

    Anyway, if you can grab an error from the game, you might be able to find out what's happening here. No error and you will be trying a lot of things that have nothing to do with it.
