Game won't load properly

Sometimes it doesn't load properly but generally it's been getting better. The whole forums are buggy though, tonight it seems that half the Gamercards won't load.

But why do the other DLC work? This is the only one that won't load properly, the others are fine.

When you say add on, do you mean the map pack?

Go into custom games and try and load up each map. If there are some that won't work , tell him to delete the map pack (or multiplayer content) and then redownload it. It might be that the maps are not loading properly when the game starts which then forces
him out of the game. That's just a guess of mine.

Tried that. It just wont load on any browser, since i can't redeem my code i try to buy the game pass, then it says there was a problem with my payment method, try to go to my payment methods and it just won't load after that. I'm glad this company is worth billions but their own website doesnt function properly.

There are loads of threads with variations on the same problem. Instant On is broken, MS won't even acknowledge the issue, let a lone fix it.

All you can do for now, is switch to Power Saving mode, or be prepared to do a hard reset every time it doesn't load properly.
