    Game Won't Load/Black Screen


    So I just recently re downloaded Call of Duty Black Ops III. When I click to open it, the Black Ops III name pops up and then it turns into a black screen as if it's trying to load, but it doesn't, it stays on a black screen.

    I tried Quitting out of the game and resetting the Xbox but that didn't work. Please help me.

    Delete the game, then redownload. Sounds like there was a corruption on download, it does sometimes happen. What console are you using, ie One or OneS?

    remove your account, and game then re install is with your profile if that does not work contact xbox support, sorry to hear you are having a problem with it

    Also, check your free space. There may be a problem with the amount you have left. I found the best way is to get an external hard drive, I run a 2TB external now. Xbox One likes a modicum of free space.
