Game won't load / Able to fix but worried about why this is happening

Hey all. I'm hoping someone can help me. I've been having an issue where games will not load. It first happened with Advanced Warfare. I contacted Activision tech support and they recommended I unplug the Xbox One for 5 minutes and plug it back in. That
fixed the problem. They said that was doing a hard reboot on the console. Now I'm having issues with Destiny not loading. So I unplugged the console for 5 mins and again that fixed the problem.

Does anyone know why this is happening? I'm hoping this isn't going to be a chronic issue with games not loading. So far I have been able to get the problem corrected but I worry this is a symptom of a worse problem to come. Thanks

Can't start Battlefield 4 on my Xbox One

I tried starting up Battlefield 4 tonight and it briefly went on the still of the raining background, then sent me back to the xbox home. I haven't updated and I wasn't given an option to - is this the 'downtime' that I'm experiencing?

Furthermore, this is only happening with BF4 and Forza 5 is working perfectly. Any fixes or reasoning as to why this is happening? I'm getting slightly worried that it just won't start!!

Dashboard won't load!

This just started happening recently but when I turn my Xbox One on the dashboard items such as the marketplace items like movies, games, music etc. won't load. The loading animation spins for about 30 seconds and then the tab says "Having Trouble Connecting?
It might be a problem on our end...". I'm still able to play on xbox live and do all those things, but the dashboard won't load. Anyone else having this problem?

The same thing happened to a lot of people yesterday and I'm also stuck in a similar position. I cannot load up any games on my X1, they all freeze when I reach the title screen.

I have tried a hard reset and power cycling and neither solved the problem.

Yeh. It happened to me again last night. I put Destiny in and I immediately got kicked out and it then locked up on the title screen. So I had to unplug the Xbox for 5 mins and plug back in. I could then play but if I'm going to have to do that every
time that's really going to be a pain in the butt. Did you try unplugging and not just holding down the power button?

Hay I've also just started having this problem. It's really annoying having to get up to unplug the xbox every time I want to play. I hope they fix this before it gets worse.

There is nothing to worry about, but if the game was purchased with another account. You won't be able to play it without the account it was purchased with

Hello Headshot,

As stated before, there could be a variety of different reasons as to why it uninstalled. Have you been able to reinstall the game? As it is only the one game wouldn't worry about it too much. It most likely was bad install or tried to update and couldn't.
If these happens the game will uninstall.
