    Game won't load a saved game


    I bought a digital copy of subdivision infinity dx. The game loads and plays great. My problem is when I come to load in my game where it was saved. It doesn't load it.. It just starts from the beginning which is so infuriating when you on higher levels.
    I've done hard reset saved in a different slot. I can see the save in game management so it is there why won't it load please help

    Hello Alanchar,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with your game save not loading, have you tried to

    Remove and Re-add your profile     to the console? If not, I would suggest doing so as this will force the console to resync the game save with the cloud data. If you would like more info on cloud saves please view this article for

    Cloud Saved Data FAQ    .

    Additionally, I would also recommend trying a
    Soft Factory Reset    , (Keep your Games & Apps), on your console. This will remove everything from the console except your games and apps and should resolve the issue.

    The saved file may be corrupted in some way... I’m not sure there is a way to open a saved game with corrupted files...

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
