Game wont let me play

this is for the enforcement team, I have a copy of halo 4 for my Xbox 360 and it was working well up until a couple months ago where it would not let me play online, and local multiplayer, War games, Spartan Ops, Forge, Theater, and I can't even play single
player campaign, all because it gives me an error code that says "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content" but I have all the dlc I could get (only the free ones) I went to support and we went through all the step ls to
try and fix it but I still wont work need help thank you.

Wont let me play.

I joined a game the screen went black and said something about Unlocalized and now i cant start a game and every map i see in like private matches or anything are just blank this is on cod4...

simple, you need a gold membership to play online you have a silver one which those can download stuff but you need gold to play online along with other features like first crack at the newest demos, netflix, using cloud storage, using the Internet Explorer
browser etc.

 

Keep in mind that this is only happening on my halo 4 copy, every other game I own I can play without this problem occurring even my halo reach works just fine

 

first enforcement team is only for people who have been banned or suspsended, you are a silver player you need gold to play online on any 360 game not just Halo 4

 

...He said he can't play single player campaign. This has nothing to do with being banned.

Delete _all_ Halo 4 content. All save files, cache, everything. Make sure there is no trace of it on your console. Clear your cache, reboot your console. Then put in Disc 1, install the game as it asks (and not through the dashboard install), then try to
play the game again. Make sure you're signed into Xbox Live, and that your console has the proper licenses (Transfer your licenses just in case)
