Game wont let me play or find it?

Hi sorry, I dont know if you are talking about the console of the website.
I said XBOX since I could not find a Microsoft Store option.
And it is using the same account. I have never touched my Microsoft account until now.

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to install the content through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If you don't find the games in your purchase history, it means that purchases were not made on that account.
