game wont let me play in remote play

i play on my xbox via remote play on my computer, and for a couple years now it’s worked perfectly fine up until cyberpunk and no man’s sky. when i try and play them it glitches out the controls basically allowing me to do nothing. i’ve tried updating all my software, resetting my console, i have good internet. and i’ve tried all the troubleshooting abilities and none have worked.

i have contacted cd projekt red and they told me it’s an xbox problem

so am i just simply not allowed to play the game?
