Game won't let me install two different drive

Please try changing the default location for new apps in Windows to your external hard drive:

- Go to Start (Windows Start) -> Settings -> System -> Storage -> Change where new content is saved (under 'More Storage Settings'). Change the setting "New Apps will install to:" to the drive you want to use.

Restart your computer and see if the issue persists. Please let me know how it goes.

And I'm not changing the format of my drive

I added a different hard drive a few months back. but it was installed on my c drive, working fine. I was running out of space on my C drive so I uninstalled the game so I could install it on a different drive, as I did not have the option to just move it. Everything worked fine until I uninstalled the game. I tried installing the explorer edition and I was able to install up to 90% then it stopped with an 0x803fb107 error it says I need to install the game in order to install the add-ons. (duh) but it still won't allow me to install the game.

Nope, that didn't solve the issue. Still only giving me the option for my C: drive. I should note that the app does show my D: drive in the settings but won't save it as a default installation spot but whenever I go to download a game it won't let me change it

It starts installing and then stops and won't install. I have two hard drives connected to the console?
