    Game wont launch....


    Solasta: Crown of the Magister "couldn't launch" and this game is part of the game pass. It is the only game that's currently not working. Error code: 0x803f8001.

    I've played this game before with no issues and in the library I click play, then a window pops up "check your account" Solasta is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try agin.

    Not sure what's the issue here. This is the only game I currently cannot launch in the Xbox PC games. I currently have an active subscription to game pass.

    Hey there, have you tried to Power Cycle your console? To do this hold down the Xbox power button for 10 seconds, hopefully, this works.

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
