    I got The Crew when it was free but after the September preview update I get something went wrong with the error code 0x803f8003 any fix for this I have already tried uninstalling and power cycling but both did not work

    Error Code: 0x803f8003

    You might need to send an email to our engineering team to have it resolved via Solution 4. Please make sure to try all of the steps first before doing so.

    You had a friend invite you, right? Sorry it's a little unclear form your original message. If so, it takes a few days for you to be approved. But it sounds like you already were?

    If that's the case you won't receive any updates until the preview for the September release becomes available which won't be for a few weeks. You won't be thrown into the middle of the preview for the August update.

    Hope that makes sense?

    Who said it was released? Because it isn't just yet. If you are in the preview programme only a few have 1409 at the moment.

    1408 is the August update, 1409 is Septembers.

    I have both updates on 2 consoles, won't get 1409 on the other untill it's rolled out to more or all preview users.

    It is a bug in Preview.

    It won't fix itself. It has already been noted by a member of Preview Staff and a fix will be forthcoming in an upcoming update.

    You should always post suspected Preview issues after a Preview update in the Preview forums not the General forums.
