Game won’t install

So I’ve been trying to download a game, but every time it hits around the 33% mark it stops and won’t keep downloading. I’ve tried an offline download, cleaning the disc, and deleting local save, but it just won’t push past 33% and always fails. Can anyone help? (I don’t know if this matters, but it is an Xbox one disc that I’m putting into a series X)

It won’t load any games and it won’t give me an option to install new games either

Which game are you trying to install? Do you have enough space left on your hard disk?

May I know if you already try cleaning the disc?

Also, did you try putting on another console to see if happens the same when it reach 33% installation?

By the way, did you already try using another Xbox One disc to see if you're able to install that game without no issues on your Series X?

So when I try to install to the consoles system(internal storage) it works just fine, and yes I have done a factory reset (keep my games and apps). The only reason for my concern is I would just like to know if it’s because my hard drive is shot or if it has something to do with my xbox.
