GAME WONT INSTALL BY DISC!

PROBLEM:
-several xbox one games will NOT install on my xbox one from their discs.
-i put the disc in, the installation starts, but then stops, and sits in a Queue

FACTS:
-i have many other xbox one games install on my xbox one.
-there is plenty of room (data) to install the game.
-game disc drive works fine.

TROUBLESHOOT STEPS:
-cleared local game storage.
-cleared any Queue/cancelled any download.
-tried installing offline.
-tried installing online.
-restart my console.
-shut off my console.
